Former mayor of Bishkek Aziz Surakmatov was detained, &#8211; the press center of the SCNS said.<\/p>\n<p>According to the investigation, Surakmatov, occupying senior positions in the City Hall, used his official position for illegal enrichment. In particular, he was the author of a large corruption scheme in which officials of the City Hall and representatives of large construction companies were involved.
